It is for people in Canada who want a harness they can measure in centimetres before they pay. It is not a list of “best harnesses” and not a crash-test document. If you use a car seat, read both pages: the seat does not replace a harness that holds.
Choosing the right piece
Measure chest, neck, and back. Write the numbers down. If you sit between two sizes, take the larger. Check the clip points you already use — some people walk from the back ring only.
